Hi everyone, this is Aya! Today, I visited “Grand Buffet” at LaLaport Toyosu to try their incredibly good-value all-you-can-eat lunch.
I chose the “Light Course,” which gives you access to the full buffet menu. It costs ¥2,088 (tax included) with a drink bar, and weekday lunch is limited to 90 minutes. There’s also a 45-minute express course for those who want a quick meal.

The restaurant has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying your meal at a leisurely pace. During my visit, they were hosting a Mediterranean fair with a variety of limited-time dishes.

Let’s start with the Western dishes. One standout was the “Red Swimming Crab Paella,” packed with rich seafood flavor—hard to believe it’s part of an all-you-can-eat buffet. The moussaka, filled with savory minced meat and vegetables, and the fluffy frittata were also delicious. Every dish was surprisingly high quality.
There’s also a great variety of soups. The onion soup had a gentle sweetness, while the creamy white bacon chowder was rich and satisfying. Pairing them with bread makes them even better.
The pasta is self-serve and can be heated yourself, so you can enjoy it freshly made. The Bolognese had a deep, savory flavor. Pizza is continuously replenished, so you can always enjoy it fresh and hot.

The Chinese and Asian selections are also impressive, including ankake yakisoba, mapo tofu, and Korean-style stir-fried udon. You can even create your own bowl of pho or ramen by choosing your preferred soup and toppings.
For hot snacks, you’ll find classics like fried chicken, croquettes, and fried dumplings—perfect if you’re looking for something hearty. The croquettes were especially creamy and addictive.

Don’t miss the salad bar and deli section. With options like ratatouille, tarama salad, and simmered hijiki seaweed, plus a wide variety of toppings, you can create unique combinations you don’t often see elsewhere.

One of the biggest highlights here is the DIY menu. You can customize croffles and crepes just the way you like, making it a fun hands-on experience. Creating your own dessert with plenty of berries and syrup is truly enjoyable.

The dessert section is also well-stocked, offering both Japanese and Western sweets like pudding, almond jelly, and matcha jelly. The slightly bitter matcha jelly and the firm-textured pudding stood out. You can also customize soft-serve ice cream with toppings and syrups.

The drink bar offers a wide selection, including fruit teas, honey lemonade, and Earl Grey orange tea. The Earl Grey orange, with its refreshing aroma, was my personal favorite.
Grand Buffet stands out for its combination of variety and the fun of creating your own dishes. With different course options available, it’s easy to choose one that fits your needs or occasion.
If you’re looking for great value and a wide variety of food, this place is highly recommended. Be sure to check it out!
Thank you so much for reading until the end!
