Hi, this is Aya!
This time, I visited Teppanyaki Miyachi Toyosu, a popular teppanyaki restaurant in Tokyo where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat premium Japanese Wagyu steak and hamburg steak.
With its calm, elegant atmosphere and the chef grilling Wagyu right in front of you, this place offers the ultimate “reward dinner” experience.

A Luxurious All-You-Can-Eat Wagyu Course
The all-you-can-eat course is available for dinner only (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and costs 6,578 yen (tax included) for a 100-minute session (last order at 70 minutes).
Every seat faces the teppan counter, so you can watch the chef’s skillful performance up close while enjoying freshly grilled Wagyu.
The course is served in the following order:
Wagyu Sushi
Seasonal Vegetable Soup
Wagyu Hamburg Steak
Wagyu Steak
Dessert and Roasted Green Tea
You’ll start with 200g of meat, and you can order refills in 50g portions afterward.

Starting with Wagyu Sushi
The first course features a piece of Wagyu sushi — tender red meat melts over vinegared rice, complemented perfectly by pickled onions that add a refreshing tang

Next comes a sweet potato soup, gently flavored with roasted sweet potato that gives off a toasty aroma and natural sweetness. It’s a warm and comforting way to begin your meal.

Juicy Wagyu Hamburg Steak
The Wagyu hamburg steak is also part of the all-you-can-eat course — and it’s a crowd favorite.
As you cut into it, rich meat juices burst out, filling the air with a mouthwatering aroma. The Japanese-style sauce enhances the flavor, creating a refined and deep taste.
It’s soft, fluffy, and packed with umami — a completely different charm from the steak itself.

The Main Event: Wagyu Steak
Then comes the highlight — the Wagyu steak.
On this day, the chef served the shintama (round) cut, known for its lean tenderness and robust flavor.
I ordered it medium, and first enjoyed it simply with salt to appreciate the pure taste of Wagyu.
Next, I tried the house-made sauce for a refreshing twist, and finally added wasabi and garlic chips, which gave it a bold finish.
The steak is served with potatoes, carrots, and bean sprouts, along with salad, rice (Uonuma Koshihikari), miso soup, and pickles — making it a complete, satisfying teppanyaki-style meal you can repeat as many times as you like.
Freshly Grilled Refills Every Time
Refills are served in 100g portions, and everything is freshly grilled upon order.
You can enjoy piping-hot steak until the very end.
I personally had 350g of steak and two hamburg steaks, and amazingly, it never felt greasy — just delicious to the last bite.

A Relaxing Finish with Dessert and Tea
The course ends with a matcha dessert and roasted green tea.
The subtle bitterness of matcha gently refreshes your palate and leaves a calm, satisfying aftertaste.
