All-you-can-eat luxury sushi at Ebisu’s “Sushi Tomiza”! Enjoy as much uni and toro as you like with this luxurious lunch.

all you can eat

Hello, this is Aya.
This time, I visited the popular all-you-can-eat luxury sushi restaurant “Sushi Tomiza” in Ebisu, Tokyo. This all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant is open only during lunchtime and requires reservations. I will share my real experience with you!

Reservation-only! A luxurious all-you-can-eat lunch

Sushi Tomiza’s all-you-can-eat sushi is available only during lunch hours and requires a reservation.
For details, please check the restaurant’s official website or the video description.
The price is 12,100 yen per person (tax included).
The meal is 90 minutes long (last order 10 minutes before the end).
Tea and water are free, but other drinks are charged separately.

Ordering style and rules

After seating, you will first be served “10 pieces of omakase.”
At this point, the quality is already top-notch.
For example,

toro, squid, mackerel, scallops, red meat, salmon, shrimp, etc. (7 pieces)

And for the final 3 pieces, you'll be treated to sea urchin!

This sea urchin is truly exquisite.
BAFUN sea urchin stands out for its sweetness and richness, while purple sea urchin has a creamy texture that melts in your mouth.
It’s an exciting start to the meal.

After the omakase, you order three pieces at a time in the order of your seat.
On this day, the selection included tuna toro, scallops, snapper, amberjack, salmon roe, and eel, all fresh and beautiful.

It was truly a moment of bliss.

The quality of the ingredients was exceptionally high, and every piece was a delight.
For example,

the scallops had a perfect balance of sweetness and texture

The snapper had an elegant umami flavor.

The amberjack had a moist texture and a rich sweetness from its fat.

The eel was fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth tender.

The salmon roe had a rich umami flavor that spread throughout my mouth.

And best of all, you can also order three pieces of sea urchin!
It’s a must-try for sea urchin lovers.

The rice portions are small, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the toppings.
Thanks to this, I was able to enjoy a total of 43 pieces!
The sushi chefs attend to each customer with care

The restaurant has 12 counter seats and is always packed with customers.
One chef is assigned to every six customers, ensuring a smooth flow of service, allowing you to enjoy your meal at your own pace even with the all-you-can-eat option.

The miso soup is also refillable, which is a nice touch.

Every piece was a delight

The momentum continued into the second half, with additional orders of red meat, squid, and scallops. At one point, the uni ran out, but that just shows how popular and satisfying it is, with so many people ordering it.

I savored every piece until the last order.
I was full, but strangely, I wanted more.
It was a truly charming all-you-can-eat sushi experience.

Summary

“Sushi Tomiza” is not just an all-you-can-eat place where you eat as much as you want; it’s a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic sushi where each piece is the star.
It perfectly balances luxury and satisfaction, making it a must-visit spot for sushi lovers. Especially for those who love uni and toro, it’s a must-try!

How about a slightly indulgent lunch next weekend? 🍣
