2. The popular bread paradise‘Bread and Bistro Koenji FLAT

This retro-style store is located under an elevated railway track. Tickets are issued starting at 10 AM every morning, and you can enjoy all-you-can-eat bread for 90 minutes.

Price: Main dish + 495 yen for the bread buffet

Approximately 30 types of bread are served in rotation, always fresh out of the oven.

Popular items like croffins, melon bread, and mentaiko potato tartines are all of high quality, attracting many repeat customers.

The café-like atmosphere and attentive service are also major draws.

3. Directly connected to Shinjuku Station! Popular among women, “eat more SOUP & BREAD”

A hidden gem of a café restaurant located on the 7th floor of Shinjuku Lumine Est.

A wide variety of high-quality breads, including fresh bread, canelé, and matcha bread

Drinks are free refills, soup and salad are included, and one focaccia is provided.

A rare morning spot where you can enjoy bread from morning. Booking at opening time is best!

5. Affordable Hotel Buffet “KOKO HOTEL Lunch Buffet”

Located on the first floor of KOKO HOTEL near Hamacho Station in Chuo Ward, this is a casual yet high-value hotel lunch.

Price: 1,500 yen (tax included) (90-minute time limit)

You can eat as much bread as you like, baked at the hotel's bakery, Le Cinq.

There is also a wide variety of salads and soups, making it a satisfying lunch.

Another nice feature is that you can enjoy different items every day, such as apple danish, chocolate pie, and croissants.

6. Directly connected to Ikebukuro! All-you-can-eat freshly baked bread at “Saint Marc Tobu Department Store”

At “Saint Marc” on the 11th floor of Tobu Department Store, directly connected to Ikebukuro Station, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat freshly baked bread with your lunch.

Reservations are only available at 11:00 AM or 2:00 PM, and during busy times, there is an 80-minute time limit.

There is a wide variety of breads, including salt bread, chocolate chip bread, mugwort bread, and cherry blossom anko bread, with warm bread continuously brought to the table.

The dishes are authentic, such as “Young Chicken and Avocado Roti,” and the cheese sauce pairs perfectly! You can take a break from bread by using a red tag, allowing you to enjoy at your own pace. This is a must-visit spot for bread lovers.
