Highlight 1: Ultra-Fresh Domestic Bluefin Tuna

The star of IROHA is the fresh domestic bluefin tuna delivered directly from Toyosu Market. Served raw without freezing, the flavor and texture are exceptional.

  • Lean Tuna (Akami): Refreshing with rich umami
  • Medium Fatty Tuna (Chutoro): Perfect balance of sweet fat and savory flavor
  • Fatty Tuna (Otoro): Beautifully marbled, melts in your mouth
  • Negitoro (minced tuna with green onion): Smooth and easy to eat, perfect with rice or sake

The sashimi selection also includes greater amberjack, sea bream, red shrimp, salmon, and straw-grilled bonito, creating a true paradise for seafood enthusiasts.

Highlight 2: Sushi Corner (Order-Style Buffet)

Sushi at IROHA is ordered via QR code, ensuring that each piece is freshly prepared on demand.
Selections include tuna, conger eel, salmon, and seasonal ingredients.

The sushi rice is made small, allowing you to enjoy multiple varieties in one sitting.
This two-tiered approach lets you savor both the pure taste of fresh sashimi and the skill of sushi chefs.

Highlight 3: Snow Crab & Luxurious Seafood Dishes

The snow crab is generously cut, with plenty of meat for a satisfying bite.
Other dishes include steamed abalone, grilled squid, and tender grilled eel. Many of the items are freshly prepared upon order, providing a gourmet experience even in a buffet setting.

Highlight 4: Side Dishes and Desserts

The buffet also offers meat dishes, fried items, salads, soups, and more.
The dessert corner features cakes, custards, and ice cream, ensuring enjoyment for guests of all ages.

How It Works

IROHA uses a modern QR code ordering system, allowing customers to place orders directly from their smartphones.
The system supports both Japanese and English, making it accessible for international visitors.

From my visit, I found that IROHA strikes an excellent balance between the quality of the dishes, the variety on offer, and the speed of service.
Guests can enjoy snow crab, fresh domestic bluefin tuna, and freshly made sushi—an all-you-can-eat experience that feels truly luxurious.
