Luxurious Breakfast in Ginza & Shinjuku! An in-depth look at the exquisite buffets at SHARI Higashi-Ginza and Fujita.

all you can eat

I introduce the breakfast buffet at the restaurant SHARI Higashi-Ginza in Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza 5-chome.

Open for breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30 (last entry at 10:00)
The price is 3,300 yen/$22USD (tax included).
You can enjoy it for an unlimited time.

Breakfast at SHARI Higashi-Ginza is half buffet style.

The system allows you to choose either Japanese or Western-style main plates and eat all the food on the buffet table.
The Japanese plate is served with a box of nine small dishes, including tempura and sukiyaki.
The Western plate, on the other hand, is a colorful array of Kumamoto Aso bacon, salad, and bread.
The main plate is served only once.

SHARI’s unique attraction is its live teppanyaki kitchen.

Among them, the famous grilled sesame tofu is not to be missed.
The rich sesame flavor fills your mouth with this exquisite dish, accented with fragrant bonito flakes and wasabi. The very creamy and elegant flavor is impressive.
The teppanyaki live kitchen also offers omelets and French toast, both of which are highly recommended. The omelette is especially soft and fluffy, and the half-boiled omelette is exquisite and unforgettable.

Sushi is also available on the buffet table, with a variety of small bite-size portions.

Smoked salmon rolls and California rolls are also available for all-you-can-eat, creating a luxurious breakfast experience.

For dessert, SHARI’s special tiramisu is highly recommended.

The green tea tiramisu has a perfect balance of the melted texture of mascarpone cheese and the aroma of green tea, and the hojicha tea tiramisu also has a distinct aroma.

Finally, the beverage corner offers tea, green tea, orange carrot juice, and other beverages.
The time spent enjoying buffet dishes and main plates while gazing out over the Ginza district in the morning is bliss itself.

SHARI Higashi-Ginza offers excellent value for money, offering authentic Japanese cuisine and a variety of buffet dishes for the price of 3,300 yen.

Next, I will introduce “Fujita” in the Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex.

The breakfast buffet at Fujita is priced at 3,300 yen/$22USD (tax included).
Open from 7:00 to 10:30 (last entry at 10:00).
You can enjoy unlimited time.
The restaurant’s modern and relaxed atmosphere allows you to enjoy your meal at your leisure.

One of the highlight dishes at Fujita is sukiyaki.

It is filled with a generous amount of beef in a sweet and spicy sauce, and when mixed with an onsen tamago (hot spring egg), the rice goes down a treat.
Another attraction of this dish is that it is rich in vegetables.

At Fujita, where Japanese delicacies are available, you can enjoy tempura, hot soba noodles, and kaisen donburi (seafood rice bowl).

In addition, you can make your own Kaisen-don with toppings such as salmon roe, pickled tuna, conger eel, and shirasu (baby sardines).

There is also a wide selection of Japanese side dishes, such as meat and potatoes, yuzu daikon radish, and fried egg with aosa seaweed, all of which are impressive for their elegant flavors.

The beef curry is also excellent, with tender beef tendon and just the right amount of spiciness.
For dessert, Daigaku sweet potato and banana doughnuts are available.
The sweetness of the Daigaku sweet potato and the aroma of bananas spreading softly make the donuts impressive and not to be missed.

Also appealing are special Japanese dishes such as tai-meshi (sea bream rice) and seafood tsumire nabe (hot pot with seafood).

The tai-meshi is a luxurious morning meal with the flavor of light sea bream soaking into the rice.

Fujita is a must-visit breakfast spot where you can enjoy a hideaway breakfast in a relaxing space that will make you forget the hustle and bustle of the city.
