Featured Dishes at Ginza Happo Shinjuku Branch
Seafood Corner
The seafood corner, which is synonymous with Ginza Happo, features a fish tank that is only available at the Shinjuku branch.
The fun of being able to choose and cook your own tiger prawns, abalone, and turban shells is the talk of the town.
I chose tiger prawns for my first experience, and the excitement of having freshly cooked prawns was exceptional.
The restaurant also offers piles of snow crab, king crab, and other crabs that are sure to please crab lovers, and you can even receive instruction from a crab sommelier on how to handle them.

Edomae Sushi
At the Edomae Sushi Corner, where chefs’ skills shine through, you can enjoy fresh and gorgeous ingredients such as tuna, scallops, cold yellowtail, and boiled conger eel.
Red vinegar is used for the rice, and the flavor that spreads softly in the mouth is impressive.
The variety of makizushi and boxed sushi available only at the Shinjuku branch are also excellent.

Yakiniku Corner
Yakiniku, using the highest grade of Wagyu beef, is also a big attraction.
Beef tongue, Wagyu beef loin, ribs, pork tenderloin, etc. are available, and you can enjoy your favorite flavor by combining the sauce and condiments on the table.
Especially impressive are the kalbi, with its sweet fatty taste, and the tender wagyu beef misuji. Whether you choose to focus solely on yakiniku or enjoy seafood in turn, you are sure to have a luxurious time.

Live Kitchen
The live kitchen, available only at Shinjuku, is a must-see.
The performance of Peking duck and cured ham on the bone being cut right in front of you is a sight to behold and attracts many visitors.
The thinly sliced cured ham is mellow and you can enjoy its exceptional taste when paired with a glass of wine.

Tempura and Grilled Dishes
Tempura is deep-fried in front of your eyes, and the extensive lineup includes shrimp, conger eel, and maitake mushrooms.
The batter is crispy and the ingredients inside are fluffy.
In addition, the high-class grilled dishes such as foie gras wrapped with black wagyu beef and grilled lobster with butter sauce are also a luxurious dish only available at Shinjuku restaurant.

Chinese Cuisine
At Ginza Happo Shinjuku, you can also enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine.
In addition to dim sum dishes such as steamed dumplings and xiaolongbao, the restaurant also offers shark’s fin soup, stir-fried abalone with XO sauce, and other high-end dishes.
In particular, the black vinegar pork was so tender that it melted in my mouth.
There are also classic dishes such as mapo doufu (bean curd soup seasoned with red pepper) and hapao chai (Chinese dish of eight kinds of ingredients), which bring out the full flavor of the vegetables and seafood.
All dishes are excellent with sake.
The wide selection of dishes satisfies everyone from families to adult groups.

Desserts and Drinks
The buffet concludes with desserts such as fruit, puff ice cream, and egg tarts.
The fresh fruit and elegantly sweet sweets will help you enjoy the end of your meal.
Drinks include a wide variety of famous sake from all over Japan, red and white wine, shochu, and cocktails.
Another unique point is that you can make your own original drink.
Conclusion
Ginza Happo Shinjuku is a dreamy all-you-can-eat restaurant where you can enjoy luxurious dishes such as the highest grade of Japanese beef, Edomae sushi, and seafood selected from the fish tank.
