Today I would like to introduce a new restaurant, “MONDO Sagamiono,” which opened in January 2025. Located on the 7th floor of Odakyu Hotel Century Sagamiono, it offers a lunch bakery buffet with freshly baked bread and authentic cuisine.

The restaurant’s famous “freshly baked focaccia” is served hot, and the flavor is further enhanced by drizzling olive oil on it. The fluffy texture and subtle salty taste are agonizingly delicious! You cannot leave without trying this.
A wide variety of dishes and live kitchen risotto
The buffet table is filled with hot dishes and pastas that go great with bread.
At the live kitchen, you can also enjoy the special experience of having cheese risotto finished right in front of you. The creamy and mild flavor is sure to impress!
