All-you-can-eat over 50 kinds of delicacies! Satisfying Lunch at APA Hotel Ryogoku

all you can eat

Hello everyone, this is Aya!
Today I went to the all-you-can-eat buffet lunch at APA Hotel Ryogoku.
The buffet was so full of all-you-can-eat items that I had a hard time deciding what to eat.

First of all, the buffet was held at “Restaurant La Veranda” on the 4th floor of the hotel.
Weekdays: 2,750 yen for adults; weekends and holidays: 2,970 yen (tax included).
From 11:30 to 14:00, you can enjoy it at your leisure for a whopping unlimited time.
It is the best environment to fully enjoy all-you-can-eat!

More than 50 dishes of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine are lined up on the buffet table, and they all look very delicious.
The highlight of the menu is the teppanyaki beef loin steak and freshly fried tempura served in the live kitchen!
The steak is freshly grilled, juicy, and tender, and you can enjoy changing the flavor with wasabi or special sauce.
The tempura is made with seasonal ingredients such as lotus root, pumpkin, shiso leaves, and sillago, and the crispiness of the freshly fried tempura is irresistible.

In addition, the buffet offers a special menu called Time Service.
The first is teppanyaki with plump white fish.
The second one is a savory seared amberjack sushi.
And the third was dessert, crème brûlée!
Everyone lines up for each time service, and the high level of anticipation is palpable.

Of course, the rest of the menu is just as good.
The deli corner offers a takikomi gohan, chazuke (rice with green tea), and udon noodles.
Chanko-nabe, which is typical of Ryogoku, is also offered, and the elegant soy sauce-flavored broth is delicious and soaks into the body.

In the Chinese food corner, there are bean curd soup with hot sauce, dumplings with feathers, and shumai (Chinese dumplings), all of which are very satisfying.

Finally, there were desserts! The selection of petit cakes, Japanese sweets, fruits, puddings, and even soft-serve ice cream was very satisfying.
The time-served crème brûlée, in particular, is arguably the highlight of the buffet.

Apa Hotel Ryogoku’s lunch buffet is full of variety, quality, and special touches such as the live kitchen and time service. It is perfect for a special time with family and friends and well worth a visit!
